UBORA Engineering and Planning, Inc. was established by three partners in Roseville, California. Two of the founding partners are licensed professional civil engineers with over forty (40) years combined progressive and responsible experience in the land development consulting business within the Placer County area. The third founding partner is a certified city planner with over twenty (20) years of experience in the private and public sector.

Ubora specializes in planning, designing, and managing various land development projects. We assist in molding project objectives, prepare site designs, subdivision layouts and improvement plans. In addition, we provide consulting services to public agencies in municipal engineering and planning. Our clients include landowners, developers, investors, home builders and public agencies.
