A 3,000-acre master-planned community located in the City of Lincoln, Western Placer County,
features an 18-hole championship golf course, open space areas, single-family and multi-family residential, retail and neighborhood commercial uses, general and medical office uses, elementary and middle school, and neighborhood parks.

Ubora’s engineering principals have been the lead engineers on this project for the past 15 years, and have provided technical support for all entitlements and designed the entire backbone infrastructure for the project. Ubora is currently providing project management, technical support for entitlement applications, and preparing improvement plans for the remaining portions of the project.
