WHITNEY RANCH
A 1,800-acre master planned project located in the City of Rocklin in South Placer County. The project consists of approximately 3,000 single-family residential units, 1,000 multi-family units, open space and pedestrian trails, elementary, middle and high schools, retail, commercial and office uses, and community and neighborhood parks.

Ubora’s principals provided technical support and project management for the overall project entitlements and designed the backbone infrastructure. Ubora’s current tasks include technical support for entitlement applications, project management and preparation of improvement plans for portions of Phase 2.
